The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland. Technically necessary connection data may be processed to deliver the site, maintain stability and defend against misuse. The intended legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The operator must ensure that the applicable data-processing agreement with the host is in place.

3. Server data and logs

A request can technically include the IP address, time, requested resource, referrer and browser information. The supplied Caddy example does not enable a dedicated persistent access log for this domain. Before launch, the actual server configuration must be checked because a global Caddy configuration, reverse proxy or other infrastructure can change the real logging behaviour.

4. Email contact

Email sent to info@kontaktlinsenloesung.com is processed to answer the request. The mailbox is operated by Intronet GmbH (Trendhosting), Bälliz 64, CH-3600 Thun, Schweiz. Trendhosting states that daily email backups are retained for 30 Tage. Deleted messages can therefore remain in backup copies for that period.

The intended legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, including enquiries about purchasing the project, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate correspondence. The operator must ensure that the required processor agreement with Trendhosting is in place.

5. Can finder

The can finder processes the selected answers locally in the browser in order to display a general selection aid. The answers are not transmitted to the server, stored in a user account or used to build a profile.

6. Amazon affiliate links

Marked advertising or affiliate links lead to Amazon.de. No connection to Amazon is created merely by reading a page. Only after an active click is the browser sent to Amazon; technically required connection data and the associate tag contained in the link are then transmitted. Further processing on the destination site is governed by Amazon's own information.

7. Cookies and local storage

The current version does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not use local storage for advertising, analytics or user profiles. On the basis of the functions currently integrated, no consent platform is used. If non-essential cookies, external embeds or comparable technologies are added later, the privacy and consent requirements must be reviewed before deployment.

8. Recipients and Switzerland

Recipients of personal data can include the hosting and email providers named above where this is necessary to provide the website or process email. Email hosting takes place in Switzerland. Transfers can rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for Switzerland while that legal basis remains applicable.

9. Data subject rights

Subject to the legal requirements, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Any consent can be withdrawn for the future. Requests can be sent to info@kontaktlinsenloesung.com.

10. Complaints

You may complain to a data protection authority. For the operator, the local authority is Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Dänemark. Depending on the circumstances, you may also contact the authority at your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

11. Encryption

The website is intended to be delivered exclusively over HTTPS. Normal email transport should not be treated as end-to-end encrypted communication.

12. Changes

This policy must be updated if hosting, email, logging, affiliate technology or other processing changes. A project transfer also requires operator, hosting, email and affiliate information to be replaced where applicable.
